At The Costume Shop, we want our customers to have a great experience every time they order from us.

However, please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a costume has been sold or delivered.

The reason is simple: most costumes are ordered for specific events like school functions, parties, or performances. If we allowed returns after the event, it would mean customers could use the costume once and then send it back — and that wouldn’t be fair or sustainable for our small business.

So, to keep things fair and to maintain the quality of our service, all costume sales are final.
